Alicia Tolar, Principal
Alicia has over ten years in the outdoor industry dealing with production and product line management. She places a high priority on building relationships with the people she works with within a company and with external vendors. She loves getting to build those relationships with small business owners who know what they want but need help getting it. She's also never met a spreadsheet she can't conquer.
When she isn't solving problems she is outside hitting the trails and lakes with her co-founder. In the winter she changes out her hiking boots for snowshoeing in the back country.

A vital part of the company Kiara just wants to eat treats and play. She's here to remind us that all work and no play is no way to live. Kiara spends most of her work day snoring or taking down a rawhide.
